A Grand Casino Biloxi barge rests on the north side of U. S. 90 in east Biloxi on Casino Row in east Biloxi, Miss., on August 30, 2005, the morning after Hurricane Katrina struck the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The barge landed on properties for the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art, center left, and the Tullis-Toledano Manor. At far left is where the Bioxi Yacht Club was rebuild after Hurricane Katrina.
