Adelus Desil operates a tire repair business from the side of a road in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, October 26, 2011. Dasil lost a toe in an accident and missed working for nearly three years. He is attempting to recover, but needs a gas powered air compressor. He currently airs tires for cars and trucks with a small pump normally used for bicycle tires. Photo by James Edward Bates.
